Upper body Exercise

Intro: I will begin the class by taking attendance. Then I will explain the topic of the day. Due to the fact that a couple of classes ago we discussed how important exercise is we will now focus on some upper body work outs. The aim of this class is to get my students moving, and becoming more physically active instead of living a sedentary life because of medias influences.

Upper Body Workouts: I will be explaining to the classroom with pictures as well as steps how do the right movements. As well, I will be explaining how to set up a training schedule for the upper body.

Chest
1) Bench Press
2) Flat incline
3) Dumbell Press

Back
1) Chin ups
2)Pronation Grip
3) Reverse Pronation Grip

Trapezoid
1) Trap extensions

Shoulders
1) Press behind neck
2) Shoulder Extension
3) Lateral raises

Arms
1) Arm Curl
2)Tricep Extension
3) Reverse Arm Curls

Abdominals
1) Sit ups

35 min

Cool Down:
1)Check for understanding with students
2) See if students have any questions
3) Explain discussion

Materials Needed:
1) Computer
2) Projector
