I will begin the class by taking attendance. Then I will explain the topic of the day. Due to the fact that a couple of classes ago we discussed how important exercise is we will now focus on some lower body work outs. The aim of this class is to get my students moving, and becoming more physically active instead of living a sedentary life because of medias influences.
